Course Markings

You will not need a map for this run, the entire course will be marked with Pink Ribbon and/or blue ribbon for different distances. There will also be Arrows, signs and crosses on side and incorrect trails to help keep you from straying off course. Marshalls are also in place at critical junctions to ensure you are kept on course.

Aid Stations

There will be a water fill up point at aid stations around the course. Sydney Trail Series runs a NO CUP policy on the course and all runners are advised to carry fluids and a bottle or container to fill up with water at the aid stations. You will be able to top up your water at each of the aid stations. Some of the aid stations will also have fruit and jelly lollies available.

Finish Line Aid and Breakfast

There will be a full recovery station at the end of the race with cups available. This includes Fruit, Coke, Tailwind Nutrition and Water. If you require anything outside these items – please provide it for yourself.

We will also serve a breakfast for all participants after the race. The bacon and egg sandwich is a favourite!

First Aid

Sydney Trail Series employ professional first aid services -upon entering the race you will need to answer a few medical questions. These are so we can treat you in the most appropriate manner if the need arises. Any details provided will be kept strictly confidential.

Insurance

Sydney Trail Series carries its own public liability insurance with a sum insured of $20m. However we do not provide any insurance to cover runners for accident or injury nor ambulance services. We strongly recommend that all runners carry their own insurance to cover these personal risks.
